Humans can develop a fear or a phobia of something or someone. Psychiatrists have seen a lot of patients who come with different phobias – from heights to spiders to flying to food and to everything else in between. Now, is there a chance that a dog could also have a phobia?
Meet Tucker. He is a Golden Retriever who enjoys going on car rides and adventures. He loves it when the breeze caresses his fur as they go along for a ride.
However, Linda, Tucker’s owner, has yet to discover that her dog just may be afraid of something. And this is something that she didn’t even think would be possible.
One day, Linda was preparing to go out and she told Tucker that he was going with her. Tucker didn’t know where they were going but it was a car ride and he was excited for this new adventure to start.
Turns out that they were going to the car wash. For some reason, the excitement that Linda saw in her dog just vanished.
When they were about to get inside the car wash place, Tucker seemed not to be at ease. He was looking all over the place and couldn’t get himself to just sit quietly in the back.
Well, this was something new for Tucker. It was his first time in a car wash so he didn’t know what was happening or what to expect.
Tucker may have been thinking about what was happening and why was there too much noise and water and soap and suds. He may also be wondering why he couldn’t see out the windows and why does it seem like there’s a strange thing attacking them.
When they got out of the car wash, Linda found the whole thing funny. The fear on Tucker’s face was gone and it seemed to be quite relieved that it was all over.
